Managed Hardware Maintenance
Nationwide troubleshooting, repair, and replacement with flexible response times to keep your equipment running.
Keep Your POS Hardware Running Flawlessly
POS hardware takes a beating in busy retail environments. Registers, scanners, printers, and terminals are used thousands of times per day. Our managed hardware maintenance program ensures your equipment stays in peak condition with preventive care and fast repairs when issues arise.
With a nationwide network of certified field technicians built over 30+ years, we can dispatch on-site service to virtually any location in the continental United States. Choose from three response tiers to match your business needs and budget.
- POS terminal and register repair
- Preventive maintenance programs
- Replacement parts and spare equipment
- Peripheral support (printers, scanners, drawers)
- Same-day, next-day, or next-business-day response
Response Tiers
Same-Day Response — For critical situations where downtime directly impacts sales. A technician arrives within hours, available 24/7 including holidays. Ideal for high-volume retailers who cannot afford any register downtime.
Next-Day Response — Guaranteed service within 24 hours, seven days a week. Perfect for important issues that need prompt attention but are not immediate emergencies. Covers multi-register stores where a backup register can keep things running.
Next-Business-Day Response — Monday through Friday service for routine maintenance and non-critical equipment concerns. Our most budget-friendly option, ideal for stores with spare equipment or lower transaction volumes.
What We Service
We service all POS hardware components including terminals, touchscreens, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, customer displays, payment terminals, and network equipment. Our maintenance plans cover the system hardware as well as compatible third-party peripherals.
If a component cannot be repaired on-site, we manage the entire replacement process.
Preventive Maintenance
Our preventive maintenance program can include scheduled inspections, cleaning, and testing of your POS hardware to catch potential failures before they cause downtime. Regular maintenance can extend the life of your equipment and helps you avoid costly emergency repairs.
